Prop 201: Governance Proposal to Update Note Interest Rate

This proposal will increase the adjustCoefficient of the Note interest rate from 0.25% to 5%. This will accelerate the amount the Note interest rate changes. Every 6 hours Note update it's interest rate based on the current exchange rate. With this parameter change the Note interest rate will fall or rise 20x faster.
