Reduce Take Rate and deployment deposit for axlUSDC

With the number of deployments steadily increasing, the Akash Network recognizes the need to further reduce the cost of deployment-related fees.

The Proposal

This is a proposal to update the following parameters

• Set 1% take rate for uAKT
• Set 2% take rate for axlUSDC (ibc/170C677610AC31DF0904FFE09CD3B5C657492170E7E52372E48756B71E56F2F1)
