Prop 155: Adjust Leaser Parameters (Osmosis stATOM)

Summary

The goal of this proposal is to modify the parameters of the Leaser smart contract for the Osmosis stATOM integration on the Nolus Pirin mainnet.

Proposed Changes

• Liability Levels: To proposal aims to adopt the same liability thresholds as the ones in the existing markets on Nolus (max LTV is 90%, healthy is 83%, max initial is 60%).

• Interest Due: Interest is set to be due once every 18 days.

• Protocol Interest: 2% of the interest rate paid by borrowers will go to the protocol for NLS market buybacks.

Impact

These changes will apply to all new leases in stATOM.
