Prop 147: Update Oracle Swap Tree (Astroport Noble USDC)

Summary

This proposal aims to adjust the Oracle swap tree of the Neutron USDC protocol. Below the current breakdown of the pools in terms of liquidity that will be used by the Nolus Protocol to facilitate the swaps on Astroport on Neutron:

• dATOM/USDC (6.23M USD) will be utilized for lease long positions in dATOM.

By voting "YES" on this proposal, you agree to make these adjustments to the Neutron USDC Oracle swap tree and allow the protocol to utilize the paths above to facilitate the lease-relevant transactions.
