Prop 35: Grants Application: MELLIFERA KYVE Restake service for protocol nodes

The MELLIFERA team proposes to develop a restake service for all KYVE protocol nodes. This service is intended to improve the staking process for users and to enable validators within the protocol to offer restaking services.
