Prop 78: Addition of LP farming plan - stkATOM pair

This proposal is to include stkATOM pair for incentivization on Crescent.

In response to the pStake team’s providing of private farming incentives, we propose matching of the incentives at the farming weight below;

• stkATOM / ATOM
  • Amount: 2,811 CRE per day (equivalent to 3% of LP incentive)
  • Period: about 28 days from the pass of this proposal
