Prop 121: Update Oracle Swap Tree (Astroport)

Summary

This proposal aims to adjust the Oracle swap tree of the Neutron axlUSDC protocol for DYDX. Below the current breakdown of the pools in terms of liquidity that will be used by the Nolus Protocol to facilitate the swaps on Astroport on Neutron:

• Transmuter pool USDC/axlUSDC (500k USD) will be utilized in the swap route for DYDX due to higher liquidity. This would allow the usage of the DYDX/USDC pool (800k USD).

By voting "YES" on this proposal, you agree to make these adjustments to the Neutron axlUSDC Oracle swap tree and allow the protocol to utilize the paths above to facilitate the lease-relevant transactions.
