This is a token registry proposal to updating max supply and supply utilization of milkTIA. The following parameters have been updated for milkTIA:

1. Max Collateral Share (Original: 0.01, Updated: 0.03) - The maximum percentage of the collateral share of milkTIA.
2. Max Supply Utilization (Original: 0.9, Updated: 0.88) - The maximum utilization rate of the total supply of milkTIA that can be borrowed.
3. Min Collateral Liquidity (Original: 0.08, Updated: 0.1) - The minimum collateral liquidity.
4. Max Supply (Original: 6004801920, Updated: 55004801920) - The total maximum supply of milkTIA. Please vote 'Yes' if you support to this proposal, and 'No' if you oppose it.
