Prop 36: [Community Spend Proposal] QSR/OSMO Dynamic A+ Vault Based Incentivization #2

This proposal seeks authorization for a one-time transfer of 110,000 QSR to be distributed over a 30-day period, sourced from the Quasar Community Pool. These tokens will function as incentives directly to the Concentrated Liquidity Vault on the Quasar platform (https://app.quasar.fi/vault/qsr-osmo-dynamic-a). This incentivization is designed to attract additional liquidity to the above mentioned vault.

The incentives shall be paid out directly to vault users by utilizing the recently released new Vault Based Incentives feature of the Quasar vaults.
