Following the implementation of core-1 Proposal #63 completion of CryptoCrew's IBC Relayer service mandate, this XPRT community spend proposal sseks to extend the service term for 2 additional months until a Persistence Infrastructure Operations DAO has been formed. CryptoCrew is currently proactively continuing the service and is seeking compensation for the 2 additional months until the final completion on 6th June 2024.

Scope of service:
* IBC relaying for 10 counterparty chains (incl. Transfers & ICA)

SLAs offered:
* Uptime: 99% (within the last 30 days)
* Alert Response: Within 30min for pagerduty alerts
* Incident management: 24/7 incident response team
* Redeployment readiness: At any given day
