Proposal Title Store the Funding Trading Bridge Smart Contract v1.0.1 Code on Mainnet

Proposal Description The Funding Trading Bridge Smart Contract allows for one asset type to be exchanged for equal amounts of another asset type with built-in precision conversions, both declared as Markers on the Provenance Blockchain. The contract contains a mechanism to only allow trades from accounts that have specific Attributes attached to them, but a bug was discovered that prevented updates to those attribute listings in certain circumstances. This upgrade fixes the issue.
