Prop 162: Shade Protocol <> UX Chain Liquidity Matching Proposal

In this proposal, UX Chain voters have the opportunity to vote for a spend proposal that will expand UX liquidity in collaboration with Shade Protocol.
A vote YES means you approve of 34,484,344 UX community pool spend (~$150k) sent to umee142e6e3rmwfatzpn3cwkcqe837dns8hldyzrd36 UX DAO to be used for the creation of a SHD/UX liquidity pool on ShadeSwap via liquidity matching from Shade Protocol. A vote YES also means you approve of the token supply matching structure, as well as the use of the UX DAO to escrow and handle this liquidity deal
A vote NO means you do not support this liquidity deal.
