Prop 90: Update Oracle Swap Tree (Astroport)

Summary

This proposal aims to introduce several new assets to the Oracle swap tree of the Neutron axlUSDC protocol. These are: stkATOM by Persistence, TIA by Celestia and stTIA by Stride. Below the current breakdown of the pools of the new assets in terms of liquidity that will be used by the Nolus Protocol to facilitate the swaps on Astroport on Neutron:

• PCL Pool ATOM/stkATOM (4.04M USD)

• PCL Pool TIA/NTRN (1.01M USD)

• PCL Pool stTIA/TIA (7M USD)

By voting "YES" on this proposal, you agree to make these adjustments to the Neutron axlUSDC Oracle swap tree and allow the protocol to utilize the paths above to facilitate the lease-relevant transactions.
