Reduce Inflation Rate

This proposal is the third phase of implementing the XKI v2 tokenomics voted by the community in proposal #9. This parameter-change proposal aims at reducing the inflation from 6.75% to 5.06% starting february 26th (Phase 3).

By voting YES to this proposal the KiChain community agrees on reducing the inflation to 5.06%
