Prop 77: Bootstrap XPRT/SHD Community Owned Liquidity on ShadeSwap and Dexter

Bootstrap XPRT/SHD Community Owned Liquidity on ShadeSwap and Dexter

Context

The ShadeDAO, in collaboration with Persistence One Community, is proposing to expand and diversify XPRT liquidity and accessibility in Cosmos sustainably.

This XPRT community pool spend proposes bootstrapping two new XPRT/SHD pools with ~$150k liquidity each on ShadeSwap and Dexter.

Proposal

Following extensive discussion and the feedback provided on the Persistence One forum, it is proposed that 354,275 XPRT tokens (~$150k) be used to bootstrap the pools as mentioned above with 28,440 SHD tokens (~$150k) from the ShadeDAO. The suggested amounts were derived using a 7-day TWAP that can be audited and viewed here.

It is proposed that the Persistence Inventivization Multisig (persistence1zlc6d8nr2uwqym32mk7pqv2k7qjkwlcm6vfh29) receive the XPRT tokens and co-ordinate with ShadeDAO for pool creation. The Persistence Incentivization Multisig is a reputable collective that has spearheaded the XPRT Liquidity Bootstrapping (Prop 21) and recently received 1M XPRT for Incentivization of Dexter Pools and XPRT Liquidity (Prop 70).

The Persistence Incentivization Multisig & ShadeDAO can take the necessary actions to create and bootstrap the liquidity pools and handle any potential future migrations of these funds.

As per the original forum post, if either community wants to wind down a pool, a 30-day notice should be given to the other community. At this point, all tokens from the LP tokens on both venues would be returned to the respective community.
