The responsibilities of Ben will include:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Crafting and implementing plans to form strategic partnerships and broaden the OpenBounty Platform's influence.
- Market Expansion: Leading efforts to enter new markets and sectors, utilizing market analysis to drive growth and expand our Ethical Hacker community.
Ben will bring the following qualifications to our organisation:
- Demonstrated success in business development, specializing in cybersecurity and web3 bounty programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, effective in engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills, driving teams and data-driven strategic decision-making.
Ben will be a full-time resource with compensation from the Shentu Community Validator node.
The Yes vote will be used as a signature of the Shentu Validators/Stakeholders and this will serve as a contract between Shentu Chain and Ben.
