Prop 112: Add KUJI Metadata to Gravity Bridge

This proposal connects the KUJI token from Kujira to the Gravity Bridge. If accepted, it would establish metadata for the IBC denom ibc/6BEE6DBC35E5CCB3C8ADA943CF446735E6A3D48B174FEE027FAB3410EDE6319C. This metadata would then be usable to deploy an ERC20 representation on Ethereum for the KUJI token. Voters should verify that the ibc hash is on channel-107, that this channel matches the forwarding proposal submitted at the same time, and that the denom trace is for the correct token. This can be done using gravity query ibc-transfer denom-trace ibc/6BEE6DBC35E5CCB3C8ADA943CF446735E6A3D48B174FEE027FAB3410EDE6319C.
