Set up a DEX for the Neutron Profit

Summary

In order to be able to execute market buybacks on Neutron the Profit contract needs to be aware of the decentralized exchange which it would support (Astroport).
For this reason, we need to specify the connection between the pirin-1 and the neutron-1 main networks
as well as the standard unordered cannonical source and destination IBC channels.
