Prop 295: Change in Staking Thresholds for Trading Fee Discounts

To increase accessibility of trading fee discounts through INJ staking, the following changes to the fee discount staking thresholds are proposed:

Tier 1: 1 INJ

Tier 2: 25 INJ

Tier 3: 100 INJ

Tier 4: 150 INJ

Tier 5: 375 INJ

Tier 6: 1000 INJ

Tier 7: 2500 INJ

Tier 8: 5000 INJ

Tier 9: 7500 INJ

Tier 10: 10000 INJ

No changes in discount rates for respective tiers will be made.
