Prop 44: IBC price adjustment for minimum pricing hourly and per GB. VOTE NO ON PROP 43 (small error in that proposal)

Since we have had a very big positive price movement we have decided to not adjust the dvpn pricing. It holds some risk as it would require everyone to adjust their prices after the proposals passes so effectively killing of the whole network. These price adjustments are not ideal but will continue until there is a better alternative from the Team. According to a poll on Telegram community members want to increase IBC prices by 10%. This proposal takes care of that. Node price settings

Vote YES if you agree with the prices of this proposal Vote NO if you disagree with either the min price or maximum prices Vote ABSTAIN if you refrain from voting Vote NO WITH VETO if you see this proposal as harmful or spam
