Prop 294: Disbursement of OLP rewards for epoch ended on 27 November 2023

This proposal confirms the final Open Liquidity Program market maker performance of epoch 26 as well as the distribution of 58744.095 INJ and 99,999.97 KAVA tokens, of which 28744.107 INJ are the OLP vested amount from epoch 23, 29999.988 INJ are 50% of the OLP rewards allocated to epoch 26, and 99,999.97 KAVA are the KAVA rewards allocated to epoch 26. The remaining OLP rewards of epoch 26 will be disbursed along with the rewards disbursement of epoch 29. The recipient must still be an active participant of the program in order to receive future disbursements.
