Prop 31: Ivan as Shentu Partnership Manager

This proposal is to employ Ivan as a Shentu Partnership Manager.

His role will focus on:

-Partnerships: Create quality partnerships with validators, projects, and other organizations.

-Media: Help to increase the amount of content and its quality.

-Product Growth: Help the team go in the right direction with the right resources.

Ivan will be full-time, dedicating an average of 40 hours a week in the Shentu Partnership Manager role. with compensation in Shentu from the "Shentu Community" Validator node.

The Yes vote will be used as a signature of the Shentu Validators/Stakeholders and this will serve as a Contract between the Shentu Chain and Ivan.
