This proposal is to employ Felicia as a Shentu Operation Manager.
Her role will focus on:
- Community building : Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged community around the brand, product, and service.
- Customer Satisfaction and Market Research: Focus on meeting customer expectations and identifying market trends, potential clients, and opportunities for growth.
Felicia will be full-time, dedicating an average of 40 hours a week in the Shentu Operation Manager role. With compensation in Shentu from the "Shentu Community" Validator node.
The Yes vote will be used as a signature of the Shentu Validators/Stakeholders and this will serve as a Contract between the Shentu Chain and Felicia.
