Prop 16: Harryono Channel Creative And Article Video Fund Support

To Increase support Articles and video content from Harryono Channel I would like to submit a third proposal

In this third proposal I want to propose funding of 10000 PLQ and these funds will be allocated as follows

50% Delegate
50% operational

Funding History before Proposal

First proposal 800 PLQ
Second proposal 15000 PLQ

These funds have been allocated according to plan. In the first proposal I have delegated a total of 1000 PLQ (800 PLQ + 200 PLQ) 200 PLQ I took from a personal gift sent by planq investors A total of 400 PLQ (Rattadan)

Furthermore, in the second proposal I have delegated 70% (10500 PLQ) and 30% has been used for operational costs.

So the total funds currently in Delegate are +/- (11500 PLQ)
