Prop 116: Remove Community Pool Funds From Earn Vault

To preserve TVL opportunities for the Kava Community Pool, we are submitting a proposal to withdraw 25M KAVA community pool funds from the Kava earn vault. By voting yes, you agree to remove the Community Pool’s deposit from the Earn vault. By voting no, you disagree to remove the Community Pool’s deposit from the Earn vault, leaving the deposit as-is.
