Prop 28: Jinchao as Shentu Growth Manager

This proposal is to employ Jinchao as a Shentu Growth Manager.

Jinchao's 5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, and PR equip her to elevate Shentu's digital presence and community engagement.

Her role will focus on:

- Enhancing Visibility : Enhancing Shentu's digital presence and performance marketing.

- Communication strategies : Building effective communication strategies to grow the Shentu community.

Jinchao will be a part-time resource, dedicating an average of 20-30 hours a week on average performing in her Shentu Growth Manager role. with compensation in Shentu from the "Shentu Community" Validator node.

The Yes vote will be used as a signature of the Shentu Validators/Stakeholders and this will serve as a Contract between the Shentu Chain and Jinchao.
