Prop 114: Listing proposal: Add support for Injective (INJ) & stINJ

This is a signaling proposal to add support for INJ & stINJ on Umee.

Should this proposal pass, the Umee core team will assess INJ & stINJ’s risk profile to recommend the appropriate risk parameters, and a separate Token Registry Proposal will be submitted.

Vote YES if you are in favor of INJ & stINJ being listed on Umee. Vote NO if you are against INJ & stINJ being listed on Umee.
