Prop 39: Reduce inflation by removing base and bonus proposer rewards
We propose to reduce inflation by reducing base and bonus proposer rewards to 0 and increase the community tax by this amount. Delegator rewards will NOT be affected as this only changes the extra reward a validator gets for proposing a block. Validator commision will NOT be affected as the validator regardless of the proposer rewards always gets a commission. Making the base and bonus proposer rewards to 0 and the community tax to 7% we have an effective reduction of 5% inflation WITHOUT REDUCING THE APR/APY FOR STAKERS. Community pool tokens are locked up and can ONLY be unlocked by a governance proposal
