Reduce Inflation Rate

This proposal is the second phase of implementing the XKI v2 tokenomics voted by the community in proposal #9. This parameter-change proposal aims at reducing the inflation from 9% to 6.75% starting October 2nd (Phase 2).

By voting YES to this proposal the KiChain community agrees on reducing the inflation to 6.75%
