Prop 38: Periodic price adjustment for hourly node bandwidth pricing - 1

The numbers of this proposal is based on the minimum amount set for the first subscription plan 5$/month. Afterwards we will base it monthly on the price movement in a month. The maximum price is taken into account for high value nodes like residential nodes for example. It's the minimum price x10. It's the intention to do this monthly by members of the Sentinel Growth Dao.
