Prop 222: Marketplace Post Sale Hook Removal

This proposals removes the Post Sale Hook added when the contract was initially instantiated in prop #31, used for automatically claiming the last action of the airdrop but no longer necessary.
Removing this Post Sale Hook allows for more gas efficient trades and prepare us for the next chain upgrade that completly removes the claim module.
