As discussed in https://agora.terra.money/discussion/13204-orneio-legal-audit-grant-proposal this proposal is to fund the Legal audit of Orne and the development of a FIAT marketplace.

Following our exchanges with validators and the community we choose option 1: 250k USD of Luna in exchange for 1250 NFTrees that will be given to the community pool.
