Prop 2: ParamChange Proposal: Enable inflation

This proposal is for enabling the inflation on Passage mainnet. This proposal proposes to set the min-inflation parameter to 8% and max-inflation parameter to 10%. We will review the inflation rewards and make updates every quarter to cross-verify and match with the inflation specified in the tokenomics.
