AssetMantle v1 Yellow Spaceship Upgrade

   This is a proposal to do a software upgrade to the v1.0.0 software tag of the AssetMantle codebase at block height 7135001, which is estimated to occur on Tuesday, August 18 UTC 17:30. Block times have high variance, so please monitor the chain for more precise time estimates.

   # Yellow Spaceship Upgrade adds the following features:

         * Classifications: Allows definig different class of assets, identities and orders
         * Assets: Enabling minting, burning, renumerate and mutation of digital assets.
         * Identities: Establishing a robust decentralized-identity framework to ensure secure and verified user interactions, reinforcing trust and accountability.
         * Maintainers: Empowering designated maintainers to oversee specific processes, facilitating efficient and reliable protocol maintenance & operation.
         * Metas: Introducing metadata management for assets and transactions, enhancing data privacy and accessibility.
         * Orders: Implementing a dynamic order system to enable exchange of assets.
         * Splits: Manages the ownership and transfer of assets

   We recommend validators utilize 64GB of RAM. Since there is only addition of new modules, it is likely possible to get away with less, but still not recommended. If you are unable to have 64GB of RAM, at a minimum have a total of 64GB of swap set to prevent out of memory errors.
