Prop 155: Kava Rise payouts for July 2023

This proposal overrides proposal #154 for Kava Rise payouts for July 2023. Eligible Kava Rise participants will receive incentives from the Kava Rise program for their TVL contributions to the Kava blockchain for July 2023. By voting yes, you agree that eligible Kava Rise participants receive incentives from the community pool per the Kava Rise program. By voting no, you disagree that eligible Kava Rise participants don’t receive incentives from the community pool per the Kava Rise program.
