This proposal aims to present the starting point for a long, symbiotic and prosperous collaboration between AlphaGrowth and Gravity Bridge.
Engagement Overview
We believe we can effectively contribute to the growth of Gravity Bridge by facilitating the BD process required to expand the ecosystem. Our responsibilities will include:
Product Marketing Materials - The AlphaGrowth Marketing team will create materials to generate buzz around Gravity and its narrative. Our first Gravity campaign video can be viewed https://youtu.be/vy5ePNSIt8o
Outreach and Engagement - AlphaGrowth will reach out to existing and emerging blockchain ecosystems, sharing and pushing the value proposition of Gravity Bridge.
Conversation and Negotiations - AlphaGrowth will manage and nurture the dialogue with potential partners, advocating for Gravity Bridge's benefits.
Liaison between Gravity and Integration Teams - AlphaGrowth will work closely with both the prospective teams and the integration teams to facilitate and push along the process.

AlphaGrowth has been operating since 2018 and has successfully facilitated business development for multiple protocols including Kava, Sommelier Finance, Dfinity, NEAR, Aurora, and many others.
Our strategies have shown resilience and success throughout the crypto winter. Over the past year, our BD efforts have led to the deployment of over 100 projects on various blockchains. AlphaGrowth gets deals done, even in the bear.
We have interacted with over 100 ecosystems and thousands of projects. To facilitate BD and grant deployment, our team built a crypto-native CRM and dashboard enabling us to efficiently evaluate and score opportunities, and report progress on all BD efforts.
Deliverables
As the BD team for Gravity Bridge, AlphaGrowth commits to achieving the following deliverables over the next two quarters:
Each month, for the next six months, AlphaGrowth will initiate and actively progress a minimum of 4 new integration opportunities. These opportunities will involve engagements with various blockchain ecosystems including Cosmos and EVM chains along with champion dApps.
AlphaGrowth has already initiated conversations with Archway, Fantom, and Lido, all of which have expressed reciprocal interest in integrating with Gravity Bridge.
By the end of the initial six-month period, we see the engagement as a win if we facilitate at least one new chain integration. Our goal is to get more than one; the way that we see things, if we can get 2, then we can get 10; If we can get 10, then we can get 100.
The Gravity community will have full visibility into our pipeline. We value the importance of transparency and will keep all progress on a public Notion page, or a page on the AlphaGrowth Platform.
AlphaGrowth will work with various integration teams, such as Pack Networks, to ensure seamless and efficient integration with new chains and use cases. Once a new opportunity is identified, one of the first steps is for AlphaGrowth to work with the integration team to determine the feasibility and scope of work required for a seamless integration.
Budget Request
We are strong believers in the idea of crawling before we walk, and then walking before we run. After our first successful integration, we will happily explore taking on more responsibility within the ecosystem including increasing GRAV token optionality and data visibility campaigns to update token terminals and crypto analytics sites.
Until then, we’d like to start with a 6-month engagement to increase the number of integrations on Gravity Bridge. We are requesting a monthly retainer of 4.0136 MM GRAV tokens at today’s price. This equates to roughly $10k USD per month for outbound business development, growth, and light marketing services.
For all incentives to be aligned, at the end of this 6 month engagement we will ask for a bonus of 15MM GRAV token to be evaluated and voted on by the community. The bonus will have a one year daily vesting schedule. This bonus will be a signal for AlphaGrowth to proceed and take on further responsibility within the Gravity ecosystem.
