Prop 101: Add LUNC Metadata to Gravity Bridge

This proposal connects Terra Classic's native token, LUNC, to the Gravity Bridge. /n If accepted, it would establish metadata for the IBC denom ibc/7F04F5D641285808E1C6A01D266C3D9BE1C23473BF3D01AC31E621CFF72DBF24. This metadata would then be usable to deploy an ERC20 representation on Ethereum for the LUNC token. Voters should verify that the ibc hash is on channel-101, that this channel matches the forwarding proposal submitted at the same time, and that the denom trace is for the correct token.
