Promote Live Auctions Contract
The x/cron module introduced in v10 upgrade allows contracts to receive begin and end blocker callbacks that allows them to execute automated tasks. This proposal promotes the live auctions contract to receive callbacks necessary for automated auction settlement when they end without operator or user intervention.
