Prop 444: Enable ampKUJI Oracle Feed

This will add ampKUJI by Eris Protocol to the on-chain Oracle price-feed. Once active, this will allow you to borrow KUJI against ampKUJI at up to 90% LTV, unlocking the principal whilst retaining exposure to the auto-compounding ampKUJI collateral.
