Prop 68: [SIPS-065] Proposal to Add the DAI/USDT Uniswap V3 Pool to RYUSD

This text proposal is to add support for the Uniswap V3 DAI/USDT pools to Real Yield USD. If accepted, a Steward update will enable the position to be added to the Cellar.
