Prop 92: Token Registry Proposal: Blacklist Incorrect IBC Denom for MARS Token in Token Registry

In this proposal, we intend to blacklist the incorrect IBC denomination of the MARS token from the Token Registry. The objective of this proposal is to eliminate the current MARS token listing from the Token Registry. Afterward, we will submit a separate proposal to include the correct MARS token in the Token Registry. Kindly vote 'Yes' if you are in favor of this proposal or 'No' if you are against it.
