Prop 148: Kava Rise payouts for June 2023

Eligible Kava Rise participants will receive incentives from the Kava Rise program based on their TVL contributions to the Kava blockchain for June 2023. A 200% TVL bonus will be applied to EVM protocols for the months of July and August. Weights for the month of July will be updated to 0% Borrows, 50% CoubleCount. The remaining weights will stay the same. Starting August 1, 2023 the Kava Rise - Cosmos USDt program will start and eligible Cosmos chains will receive pro-rata incentives based on their USDt IBC deposits. An additional 100k KAVA is allotted for cosmos chains in the month of August subject to the eligibility criteria and details found at https://kavachain.medium.com/introducing-kava-rise-cosmos-usdt-incentive-program-f68062f6c39f .
