Prop 11: Yieldmos Fee Coverage #2

Dear Planq Community, more and more of us are using the great services of Yieldmos! We are burning through a lot of TX fees and want to propose to reimburse Yieldmos for that. We are currently burning through a whopping 400 - 500 PLQ per week. So we propose to send him 30000 PLQ, which should cover Yieldmos for about a year.
