Onboarding the Terra2 onto Quicksilver to unlock liquidity for $luna stakers. This action will enable the deposit of $luna (uluna) and the minting of $qluna (uqluna). Timing The onboarding of the Terra2 will be effective when the proposal passes at the end of the voting period.
