Prop 179: Add stOsmo Metadata to Gravity Bridge

This proposal connects the stOsmo token from Stride to the Gravity Bridge. If accepted, it would establish metadata for the IBC denom ibc/AAA1160A9CD66FC280E1032F1504103E39ECEF09EFEA22FC521B61C63DF42246. This metadata would then be usable to deploy an ERC20 representation on Ethereum for the stOsmo token. Voters should verify that the ibc hash is on channel-138, that this channel matches the forwarding proposal submitted at the same time, and that the denom trace is for the correct token.
