Prop 176: Add STRD Metadata to Gravity Bridge

This proposal connects the STRD token from Stride to the Gravity Bridge. If accepted, it would establish metadata for the IBC denom ibc/9FB7D7268B9DFA65CCD8681014B2F105B5E7545FDAC9B88C668C756C22B6A57E. This metadata would then be usable to deploy an ERC20 representation on Ethereum for the STRD token. Voters should verify that the ibc hash is on channel-138, that this channel matches the forwarding proposal submitted at the same time, and that the denom trace is for the correct token.
