Prop 29: v0.20.0
This is a software upgrade governance proposal to upgrade the Akash Network mainnet
at the height 8998907 to adopt Akash version v0.20.0.
By voting YES on this proposal, you approve of the following changes:
1) upgrade IBC to v3.4.0
2) disable and remove Cosmos Inter Chain Accounts (ICA) due to issues discovered post v0.18.0
3) fix handling of P2P environment variables when value set by them was not accounted by akash start command
