Allora v0.12.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 3120738. It is estimated to take place 1 day from now. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd allora
git pull
git checkout v0.12.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v0.12.0
allorad version

# Should be commit c2a6ccb12653491046f83de9be97b18107ff60b4
allorad version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.allorad/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.12.0/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/allorad $HOME/.allorad/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.12.0/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v0.12.0
$HOME/.allorad/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.12.0/bin/allorad version
