Paloma v2.4.11 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 35211526. It is estimated to take place 1 month ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd paloma
git pull
git checkout v2.4.11
make install

Check Version

# should be v2.4.11
palomad version

# Should be commit dbbbd031fe62c307546eb5454deaa9751a4e326c
palomad version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.paloma/cosmovisor/upgrades/v2.4.11/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/palomad $HOME/.paloma/cosmovisor/upgrades/v2.4.11/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v2.4.11
$HOME/.paloma/cosmovisor/upgrades/v2.4.11/bin/palomad version
