Fetch v0.14.1 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 21267067. It is estimated to take place 6 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd fetch
git pull
git checkout v0.14.1
make install

Check Version

# should be v0.14.1
fetchd version

# Should be commit 644eddd72a9281a8e4db5084099d6c75a98f7097
fetchd version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.fetchd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.14.1/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/fetchd $HOME/.fetchd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.14.1/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v0.14.1
$HOME/.fetchd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.14.1/bin/fetchd version
